Photography project
“The Big Illusion”

A project that has continually described the comparison of the Human Being with his construction. A giant construction like his ego, but which belittles him in his day-to-day life, as he passes by, making him a lonely, isolated and tiny being. A Human Being who drags himself through the streets so busy with everything and nothing, bathed in solitude and contempt, in this century of such advances and setbacks!

Through the cropped and counter-cropped photographic plans passing through the most unlikely reflections, where the described reality is further magnified, always using wide-angle lenses, amplifying the difference between the Human Being, which I try to isolate and capture in “special” moments. With this set of “objects”, techniques and technology, I explore the project in big cities, applying the concept in a mix of travel photography, documentary photography, fine art and street photography resulting in joãozero®s photography.

All this in an obsession for the right moment in a different place!
