I was born in 1960 in Jemappes, a suburb of Mons (Belgium). I attended school in Brussels, where my parents moved in 1963. I graduated in Electronics from the Institut des Arts et Métiers de la Ville de Bruxelles, and also took photography courses at the Brussels School of Photography (now the Agnès Varda School).
My photographic occupation began in 1977, using film with a personal black and white photo lab.
After a 40 years career as an Electronics Engineer, I am now retired and can devote myself fully to photography.
Project Statement
Athens, Greece, is a city with over 2,500 inhabitants, the cradle of democracy. It’s difficult to sum up this city in a few photos, so I’ll try.
