Visual Poetry Journal is now accepting submissions for a group photography exhibition in Madrid. We welcome photographers from any country, with any visual language and any creative path, whether documentary, conceptual, fine art, street or experimental.
The call is open to photographers aged 18 and over, with no restrictions on style or technique.
Submission and selection
Applying costs nothing. A participation fee is charged only to photographers chosen by our curators; it goes toward printing, installation and promotion of the show.
Exhibition venue
The exhibition will be held as a pop-up show in a gallery space in central Madrid, Spain:

Participation format
- Physical exhibition – $150
One selected photograph will be printed and framed in Madrid and hung in the gallery. Printing and framing are covered by the fee. - Digital exhibition – $90
Your photograph will be shown on a digital screen inside the exhibition space.
Each participant exhibits one work. The event will be photographed by a professional, and all participants will receive the photo report afterwards.

– The image must be in .JPG format.
– In the image title, please include: First Name_Last Name_Title_Year.
– You can submit up to 3 works.
